We thank God for His sustaining Grace, Love, and Mercy that continues to manifest in our lives. We also want to thank Him for giving us His wisdom to bring His life-changing message to His people. Today’s message is titled, “God will renew your Strength.”
Isaiah 40:29-31 NIV
He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak. Even youths grow tired and weary, and young men stumble and fall; but those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.
Beloved, where is your strength? You know, we live in a world where people pride themselves in all of their accomplishments. We live in a world where people pride themselves in being able to do anything they set their minds to do. We live also live in a world where people have placed their strength in weapons and security systems made available to them. But today, the question is: Where is your strength? Is it in the things of the world? Of course the answer of a child of God is that, our strength is in Jehovah, our faithful, covenant-keeping God.
Truth is, we all go weary and tired sometimes; we do stumble and fall sometimes. We are only able to come out of this weariness through the strength God gives us. In our weakness, He gives us the power to rise again when we stumble and fall.
This kind of power or renewal of strength is not given to anyone but those who hope in The Lord. There are people who are still stuck in their weariness, people who have stumbled and fallen and never rose up because their hope was not not built in The Lord but on something else [either on material things, another human being or even another god].
Beloved, the weariness and tiredness will come but trust in The Lord for the renewal of strength. Our weakness will make us fall and stumble but do not lose hope. Have an undying hope in The Lord to give you the power to rise up again.
To soar high like an eagle, to run and not go weary, to walk and not faint you need to put your hope fully and not partly in God.
He is our source of strength in all times and for us to gain that strength is to hope in The Lord.
Have a glorious day! God bless you…
